Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 07, 2020
Minimum Engagement Period: 12 Months
1. Cancellation During Minimum Engagement Period
Clients who have entered into a 12-month contract with Engaging Smiles are committed to the minimum engagement period. During this period:
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Clients are obligated to fulfill the 12-month contract, including all payment obligations as outlined in the contract.
2. Cancellation After Minimum Engagement Period
After the minimum engagement period of 12 months has been completed:
- Clients may request cancellation of services at any time.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, via email or a formal letter.
- Engaging Smiles requires a minimum notice period of [X] days (as specified in the contract) for cancellation requests to be processed.
3. Payment Obligations Upon Cancellation
Upon receiving a cancellation request, Engaging Smiles will:
- Cease the provision of services effective as of the specified cancellation date.
- Invoice the client for any outstanding fees, if applicable, including fees for services rendered up to the cancellation date.
4. Refunds
Engaging Smiles does not provide refunds for any payments made during the engagement period. Clients are responsible for all fees and charges incurred until the cancellation date.
5. Exclusivity and Additional Clauses
Clients who have opted for exclusivity clauses or additional services may have specific terms outlined in their individual contracts. These terms will be followed in the event of cancellation.
